Analystposition is designed to assist in the planning, execution, continuous improvements, verification and analysis of the different reports that OS supports across the different workstreams. This is a crucial position looking to develop new ways of working and automation to save time on the execution while guaranteeing the quality. The Transformation Sr. Analystis responsible of the communication with the Solutioning team, understanding the workstreams priorities, needs and expectations, ensuring the Transformation team designs and executes plans to ensure the customer satisfaction.
QualificationsResponsibilities Planning the deliverables and operation one month in advance. Being the POC for specific workstreams, lead/manage the team formed of junior analyst. Sustain good communication with our Solutioning counterparts Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing financial data in a management-friendly format. Deliver quality and timely on monthly activities, providing perspective on the teams progress and improvement plans Maintain good relations with our stakeholders knowing their necessities and quick wins turn around.
Qualifications Output measure (used to measure the success of a system) Above SLA metrics with good consistency in Quality and Timeliness. Capacity Creation Good stakeholder management skills, measured through survey sent to solutioning counterparts Lead teamwork and teams culture in the team In Process measures (valuable in providing actionable information sooner allowing action) Constant communication with leader and teammates / junior analyst in the case for team leads / assistant managers. Good discipline to follow up of new developments and innovation efforts. New interventions of the processes that allows to save time and ensuare the quality.
Identification of improvement and automation opportunities across deliverables Role Specific Competences Results Oriented Good Stakeholder Management skills Self-learner Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level Additional Requirements Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering. Minimum 2.5 Years of experience. Fully bilingual, English and Spanish. Additional Details Work shift: Monday Friday.
