Business Development Manager Jr

**Responsabilidades**: - Preparar, presentar y ejecutar estrategias de negocios de su categoría, basados en el Plan Estratégico General.
- Realizar análisis de gaps por canal de distribución, país, franquicia, sub-categoría y segmento de consumidor.
- Definir y dar seguimiento a objetivos de ventas.
- Preparación y control de Budget (anual y trimestral).
- Negociar contratos.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con partners locales, regionales y globales.
- Trabajar en equipo con los departamentos de Marketing, Collection y Desarrollo de Producto para asegurar un desarrollo sostenible de su categoría.
**Habilidades requeridas**:
- 2 años de experiência en la categoría de útiles escolares y/o de fiesta como gerente de marca, compras o posiciones afines.
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o Finanzas.
- Con vocación de servicio y con alma de vendedor.
- Creatividad, diversión y pasión.
- Velocidad de respuesta y adaptabilidad al cambio.
- Capacidad de Liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y negociación.
- Habilidades de comunicación y orientación a resultados.
- Alta capacidad de análisis, habilidad numérica y de market intelligence.
- Nível intermedio preferiblemente avanzado de inglés.
- Alto conocimiento en herramientas como Excel (macros) y Power Point.
