What's The Role? Across all LLA, this role is responsible to direct and execute a structured program to deliver IT Transformation programs multi-functional domain securing successful customer experience and executed under guidelines on budget management, reporting and timeline metrics. What You'll Do? Supports the development of the Business cases to assure that team related responsibilities including resources and the delivery timeframe are contemplated and valid.

Correctly initiate all approved projects for delivery on time and on budget. Manages the communication between IT and functional domains involved in the IT transformation. Manages the communication between leadership on project status. Proactively mitigate and control risks.

Measure and Report per standard LLA norms with Key Performance Indicators. Managing resources to develop project charter, governance plan and work breakdown structure. Manages a team of (senior) project/program managers to execute the strategy. Preferred education/ qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.

8 or more years experience in successful delivery of IT Domain Projects with strong focus on customer facing technologies that enable improvement on customer experience metrics, increase of automation and reduction of operational inefficiencies. Knowledge & Experience: Ideally educated to degree level or alternate appropriate industry experience. Demonstrable experience of working in a large telco in a complex operational environment managing cross-functional teams. Proven experience engaging effectively with executive and senior level management.

Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment essential. Experience working in cross-functional, international teams. Track record of concurrently handling a variety of projects while coordinating and supporting the efforts of cross-functional team members. Excellent PowerPoint and data analysis tools (Excel), including advanced modelling.

Familiarity with project management and process mapping software desirable (i.e. MS Project, MS Visio, Clarizen, Clarity). Preferably bi-lingual English Spanish or optionally, excellent skills in one of the languages and fluency on the other. PMI, PMP or similar certifications highly regarded.

Self-starter, able to project manage and deliver results with little oversight. Visual communicator who can distil complicated messages into simple executive level communications. Ability to handle multiple, differing responsibilities simultaneously and to focus on delivering against areas of greatest importance.

Ability to manage through influence to drive results and accountability from peers and others outside of the integration organization. Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in across geographically disparate organizations. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse set of multiple and complex milestones and activities. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interface with multiple groups, including internal resources and external professional service providers Willing to travel as required away from the corporate base (Around 10% travel).
