That’s why we need you, to help us tackle increasingly complex challenges posed by ever evolving health and well-being needs.In this role, you have the opportunity toWork in a dynamic environment, contributing to projects with real impact on the lives of people around the world and together with colleagues from different cultures and specialization areas, you will be given the responsibility, space and support to develop and grow in unexpected ways.As an intern, you will support Rewards activities for LATAM working close with Talent Acquisition, HR Managers, Philips People Services and Business Leaders in LATAM countries.You are responsible forSupport on Quarterly Business KPIsSupport on Quarterly Sales Incentive AnalysisSupport developing benefits communication campaignSupport analyzing Salary surveys in the regionSupport managing the Benefits Portal contentSupport on the Annual Compensation Review Cycle.You are a part ofIn Rewards we manage all Compensation & Benefits related topics for LATAM. We are responsible for developing policies, approve promotions and prepare KPIs for business improvement on Rewards related topics. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceStudent enrolled in a local University studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related courses; Passionate and proactive person, eager to learn, autonomous, independent; Eager to learn and develop within Rewards/HR functionGood analytical and communication skillsEager to take initiative and ownership of your projects and focused on understanding customer needs;Advanced English both verbal and written;Advanced MC Office mainly in Excel and Power Point.How we work at PhilipsOur newly-adopted hybrid work concept fuses flexibility with collaboration to deliver great outcomes for our people and our customers.
