Como Pricing & CIP Analyst serás un Partner del negocio para alcanzar su estrategia, desempeñando un rol clave para asegurar que los procesos de Sales Districts, Price Increase y Customer Incentive Plan se gestionen bajo compliance y dentro del framework, cumpliendo los estándares globales en el área de Marketing Operations, manteniendo foco en la estandarización y mejora continua de procesos. En este rol te enfocarás en mejorar la experiência de los clientes internos y externos. También te permitirá ampliar tu red de contactos a nível LATAM debido al permanente contacto con los expertos en procesos y pares de los demás países. El impacto que tendrás en este rol. Además de ser partner del negocio en los procesos de Sales Districts, Price Increase y CIP, serás el dueño de los procesos de CIR (Customer Issue Resolution) y Sales District Governance para Central America y Caribe. - Serás responsable del cumplimiento de los KPIs de Pricing, CIR y CIP de CBG. Propondrás y ejecutarás acciones de mejora. - Estarás a cargo de los programas de CIP Internal y External. Cálculo y pagos a clientes de rebates, y MDF, y conciliación de provisiones. - Involucrarás activamente a los equipos de Marketing, Ventas y Servicio de Atención al cliente, para construir las relaciones necesarias con el fin de optimizar nuestros procesos y la prestación de nuestros servicios.

**Requisitos**:
Profesional en Ingenierías, Finanzas, Administración o afines. - Experiência mínima de 3 años. - Manejo avanzado de Excel - Nível de inglés intermedio-alto. - Detallista, capacidad analítica, de priorización y ejecución. - Buenas relaciones interpersonales / habilidades de comunicación. Experiência y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol: - Experiência en proyectos. - Conocimientos en Power Bi.
