**Job Title**: FP&A LATAM Analyst

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
As a Senior FP&A analyst, you need to drive active interaction and planning agreements in close alignment with business leaders. Drive operational excellence in rolling up Forecast (FC), Annual (AOP) and Strategic (SPOR) Planning process including defining countermeasure to get back on track in case of deviations to targets. Support Performance Review preparation including gathering standard inputs from various stakeholders. Ensure timely standard information, participate in the business case and its validation and support restatement process. Build an internal network with strong links with more extensive Finance and broader leadership on process alignment, organizational (re)design and Accelerate Productivity target realization. Develop and maintain robust capabilities to influence others and Proactive communication over the planning process to stakeholders.

**You are responsible for**
- Analyzing and reporting on Health Systems business performance for assigned Country/Business combination P&L by means of Monthly performance, AOP, profitability, quarterly forecasting, strategic planning, cost control, target setting, pricing/margin analysis.
- Supporting the FP&A Sr. Manager, Finance Business Partners and Business' Key Stakeholders to provide analytics and business insights, both on a monthly and ad hoc basis.
- Lead Forecast & Latest View (Forward-looking estimations) planning and reporting processes by proactively engaging with different areas to manage end-to-end activities, monitor profitability and provide ongoing financial analysis support.
- Building and maintaining financial reports for stakeholders
- Supporting management to identify improvement opportunities by analyzing business performance and market variables.
- Providing guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A-related matters and providing training on new reports, analytics, reporting, planning instructions, tools, changes.
- Taking initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in various BG/Sector/Market Finance improvement projects.
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
- Initiating and supporting process improvement and embedding Digital tools into the LATAM market.
- Constantly looking for new opportunities to improve and streamline existing ways of working in analysis and reporting. Accountable for reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the standard deliverables defined in the delivery catalog.

**You are a part of**

FP&A team based in Panama City, Panama. The FP&A COE is the analytical engine that serves as the right hand of the Business Partner to interpret and drive management insight. The COE leverages analytical expertise within the organization, providing insight, tracking down source data, and triaging causes to support management decisions.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and **experience.**
- Bachelor/master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent training in similar areas.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Financial Business Partner and/or any other financial area.
- Excellent Analytical skills accompanied by proficiency in Data tool such as MS Excel (Advanced), PowerBI (Intermediate to advanced)
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
- Strong and Effective communication skills along with proven experience or exposure working with C-level executives.
- Strong Storytelling and presentation skills.
