- Support with the coordination of budgets, forecasts and corporate plan, working cross functionally with all divisional finance teams and operations to understand and challenge, including risks & opportunities
- Own & manage the companys monthly forecast process
- Drive accountability and insight to deliver the return on investment (ROI) objectives. This entails ensuring the process is communicated to the finance director and governance is complied
- Support the greater finance team to drive change, in particular the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting tool
- Support on Month End accounting deliverables
- Support in providing Group wide training and advisory support to finance leaders across the business on forecasting and reporting, creating an ambitious performance culture to drive results and evaluate risks and opportunities. This involves the production and sharing of relevant tools, governance and lessons learnt
