**Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición de Sales Indirect Channel Specialist que estará localizada en Panamá.**
**Propósito**:Responsable de relacionamiento, gestión efectiva e implementación estratégica con clientes de canal indirecto Centroamérica para la franquicia Depuy Synthes con Base en Panamá. trabajando en sinergia con el equipo de liderazgo, marketing de la franquicia, a su vez con todas las áreas de apoyo al negocio, con el objetivo de generar cumplimiento de los objetivos en venta y generar negociaciones valiosas a largo plazo con los clientes asignados.
Especialista en gestión estratégica con cuentas de canal indirecto, análisis de mercado en el territorio y en el sector de la mano del cliente, desarrollando relacionamiento estratégico, seguimiento táctico y manejo de indicadores de cumplimiento, así como trabajo en equipo para garantizar la identificación de oportunidades y aumento de Market Share.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Conocimiento del mercado dispositivos médicos y sector salud,
- Desarrollo de relacionamiento estratégico con las cuentas,
- Estructuración de casos de negocio y PnL según aplique,
- Conocimiento de los clientes y sus procesos internos,
- Manejo de indicadores de seguimiento y análisis de datos,
- Trabajo en equipo con áreas funcionales internas, para asegurar una resolución oportuna de necesidades.
- Desarrollo de planes de acción táctico con área de internas y del cliente para despliegue de estrategias,
- Programación rutinas comerciales, entrenamientos y apoyos de franquicia,
- Identificación clientes potenciales,
- Realizar visitas periódicas, Identifica las necesidades del cliente y generar acciones correspondientes,
- Prepara informes y documentos de ventas según sea necesario.
- Realiza seguimiento con los clientes para resolver novedades y dar respuesta oportuna así como planes de acción.
- Desarrolla y mantiene el pronóstico de ventas por plataforma y cuenta.

- Profesional en áreas de la salud y/o carreras administrativas, con Especialización en mercadeo y ventas o Administración en salud (o en curso).
