**Main purpose of the role**:
As the
**Product Owner for LATAM**, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of global products for the cluster, you will represent the global D&A team locally by enabling direct lines of communication with LATAM leadership and its various business units to better understand their data and analytics needs while guiding them to adopt better practices to access data leveraging our global data platform (Olympus).

This role is based in Panama City, Pandora LATAM Office and will serve several markets including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Brazil.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Work as an extension of the global team to drive the product backlog and vision for the cluster while handling the Data & Analytics related day-to-day tactical operations, including and not limited to master data governance, transaction data integration, insights delivery, communications and training.
- Develop and strategic partnership with LATAM key stakeholders both in your office and in remote locations, to drive and enable data analytic products aligned with the global OKRs, while supporting the local business strategy.
- Work with the Product Manager (NAM & LATAM) and serve as a key player to deliver analytical products, identify business opportunities and areas of improvement for the organization. Translate business challenges and opportunities into proposition for data analysis ensuring timely communication and alignment with global teams.
- Drive the global Data & Analytics strategy by making sure the cluster onboards and consumes data from our global platform (Olympus).
- Drive, inspect and evaluate product progress and obtain size estimation of product features from global teams. Engage with the business in the cluster and facilitate storytelling and sprint planning sessions. Assist mapping the product features to time.
- Work closely with function area users across the LATAM organisation to understand information requirements and to ensure the solutions are aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with LATAM Data Analyst to ensure prompt support on local needs and timely deliverables.
- Represent the LATAM cluster in the chapter meeting and influence the global agenda to drive top level growth in the cluster.
- Ensure credibility by providing timely and accurate analyses of business performance.
- The overall objective is to support ongoing business by translating the business strategy into analytical products and deliver new solutions for the cluster in a swift manner.

**Educational background**:
Bachelor Business Intelligence; Business; Marketing; Data & Analytics; Social Sciences;

**Professional qualifications**:
2-3 Years working with Power BI and/or other BI Tools;

Proficiency with Advance Excel for reporting;

Experience with AX (ERP) is a strong advantage;

Experience of working in an Agile development process a strong advantage;

Experience in a data rich company;

Experience in a Tech, FMCG or Retail business;

Working within a Global or Regional Structure;

Experience working with agile Methodologies;

**Computer Skills**:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel skills

Tools: PowerBI; QlikView, Tableau or similar visualization tools.

Languages: Beginner SQL

**Language Skills**:
Fluent English and Spanish required;

Portuguese is a plus

**Travel Required**:
Max 5 days a year
