Overview:
**What's the role**
People Services Advisor is responsible for the delivery of the day to day activities of the People Service Team. Working within the established guidelines and procedures, delivers quality customer service in line with our established Service Level Agreement.

**What you'll do**
- Interact with colleagues as the initial point of contact to Human Resources.
- Answer routine or first level colleague and leader inquiries relating to Human Resources benefit plans, policies, procedures, and programs. This will include Payroll and general tier 1 support.
- Responsible for new hire and leave of absence processing.
- Own, manage and update all HR data.
- Participates in system testing and identification of system and user-interface issues; provides feedback to SSC leadership and HRIS. Enter and update job data changes (i.e., outside of Manager Self Service, COE maintenance & harmonization, organizational redesign) and report changes to SSC leadership/staff, managers, PBPs, and COEs, when appropriate.
- Execute individual and mass pay changes, resolve any errors, and report changes to SSC leadership/staff, managers, PBPs, and COEs, when appropriate (annual merit pay, individual, business unit incentive programs, special pay)
- Receives and processes templates, letters and other documents from SmartCloud Control Desk (SCCD) for processing.
- Maintain accurate records on Shared Drive to facilitate easy retrieval of information, management decisions and audit reviews.
- Handle all queries, requests or issues and escalate where necessary.
- Keep abreast of developments in the industry so that the expertise available to the Company is continually updated and expanded.
- Prepare information required for internal/external audit processes.
- Any other duties consistent with the general level, nature and function of the role.
Qualifications:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- 3-5 years in a HR Service Center/HR or customer service environment
- Experience with HR and payroll systems
- Experience maintaining confidential material
- Exemplary Customer Service experience
- Case Management Systems experience in Skillsoft, SuccessFactors, ADP, HRP5, PeopleSoft and SCCD etc.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Must be detailed oriented
- Strong skills in MS office products (Competent in Excel)
- Proficent in written and oral English and Spanish
**Preferred education/ qualifications**
- Educated to degree level in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline
