**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a new Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating processing and packaging projects. Informal leadership and coaching of people.
The position is based in Panama City, Panama
You may be required to travel 30% of your time regionally
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position

**What you will do**:
As a Project Manager you will:

- Be responsible for managing processing and packaging projects, secure resources, manage quality, costs and budget to deliver projects within scope.
- Be responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the processing and packaging projects.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Food Science, or related Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, be able to maintain business conversations is mandatory.
- 5 years of experience leading and management projects using PMI methodology in the different phases: planning and budget control, time administration, risk administration, acquisitions and contingency plans.
- Commercial and customer focused oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Project and AutoCad.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work abroad and adapt to different cultures, processes, and change.
- Able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
- PMI certification or related is a plus
