WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as Regional Fleet (Tools) Management Business Process Expert. You’ll be responsible for the Fleet Management processes and related functionality on a regional level, leading the process management as well as improvements and implementations, in relation with other functions in the region and global counterparts.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- Definition and introduction of new service processes for the Hilti Latin America Region Markets in cooperation with the services marketing unit of the local hub, Markets, other functions, and the global service management team.
- Regular improvement and standardization of existing service processes in the Hilti Latin America Region in coordination with the Markets, other functions, and the global service management team, in order to ensure a top result across Hilti Latin America.
- Monitoring the process introduction and the worldwide service standards in the Hilti Latin America Region. Improvement of data quality in the Markets (e.g., health report).
- Interface partner for the global service management team; individual initiative in the ongoing optimization of the global service concept and service standards.
- Release management within the hub (testing, documentation, training, support) in the Hilti Latin America Region Markets.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese would be a plus.
- Careful, solution-oriented person with a strong level of assertiveness and a great willingness to learn and change.
- Highly developed conceptional abilities and analytical thought processes with a proven talent for innovative solution approaches.
- The ability to influence and gain the commitment of the relevant colleagues in a cross-cultural environment.
- Relevant experience in process design and system specification.
