**Position Objective**:
To work in conjunction with MT Head to execute the Markets Treasury and Trading Strategies, supporting the management of funding, liquidity and accrual interest rate risk for the local balance sheet in aligned with Country Treasurer, Markets Head and regional business guidelines. To manage Balance Sheet, liquidity, capital and interest rate risk to ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate indexes for all applicable vehicles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Balance Sheet liquidity (intra-day liquidity) levels for all legal vehicles under scope, to ensure adequate funding and capital levels, and compliance with regulatory and corporate indexes.
- Support Markets Treasury head implement strategies and activities to ensure permanent compliance with regulatory requirements and internal corporate ratios, indexes and risk policies.
- Suport Markets Treasury Head in the implementation of the investment securities strategies to optimize gains on funding and gapping to meet and exceed PnL targets.
- Support FI Rates activity and the trading book management, to achieve revenue targets.
- Assist with the implementation of transfer pricing processes and policies in line with global policies.
- Promote an innovation culture.
- Leading strong governance and controls:

- Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as defined by your role which will be communicated to you
- Obtain and maintain all registrations/licenses which are required for your role, within the appropriate timeframe

**Qualifications**:

- 4-7 years of experience in a related role
- Previous experience related to balance sheet and liquidity management, Local Markets Treasury, Risk Management, and hedging (derivatives), as well as, knowledge of local/international securities market.
- Analytical Skills (such as: statistic & probability analysis, portfolio management).
- Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Phyton, Tableau and similar data analytic tools is desired.
- English/Spanish fluent.
- Results oriented, determined.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized
- Teamwork Player

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and/or related degree.
- Master Degree and Local Broker License are desired.
