**Position Overview**: The Consulting Project Manager will be responsible for driving operational transformation across our portfolio companies.
This role requires a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in operational consulting or transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**: Operational Improvements: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement operational improvements in portfolio companies.
**Process Analysis**: Conduct detailed analyses, including process mapping, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis.
**Strategic Initiatives**: Develop and execute initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chains, and overall operational performance.
**KPI Monitoring**: Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
**Due Diligence**: Assist in evaluating operational capabilities during due diligence processes to identify areas for value creation.
**Stakeholder Communication**: Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations transformation, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or an operational advisory firm (FTI Consulting, Alvarez & Marsal, EY).
**Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
**Process Improvement**: Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
**Proactivity**: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with mínimal supervision.
**Education**: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
**Nice-to-Haves**: Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
