The ideal candidate is an individual who is analytical and data-driven who has vast experience in running digital marketing campaigns, paid, loyalty and organic. The individual is goal oriented, creative and innovative, with passion for marketing.The individual will define the region marketing strategy and will lead the execution until hitting revenue targetsWhat You Will Be DoingBe the owner and accountable for the company revenue coming from local target audienceFocus on driving accommodation revenue via the web and app through Social media, CRM, PPC, in addition to PR, partnerships, etc.A secondary focus is to increase the F&B brand and revenue in the countryManage and lead the social media team for the hub - hit engagement/reach KPIs Work and manage a local PR firm to boost awareness for the brand among our target audienceManage a team of designers, content creation and other marketing assets that will be produced for the Hub’s (B2C and B2B) requirements, under the global Brand guidelinesOwn the marketing budget and hit target revenueManage social media for the region to enhance and eco the Selina experience, programming, events, etc.Manage the budget in every step of the funnel, from awareness to performance, on and off-lineWrite marketing briefs for all marketing channels, hands onAnalyze the marketing campaigns on different channels (social, search, display, crm, funnel analysis, etc.) and set goals to reach the KPIsBuild a marketing strategy and execution for the local market; end-to-end, through setting the goals, writing the briefs for every channel, with details on target audience, budget, messaging and offersWork together with the P&L owner to hit their targets, both for high and low performing destinationsWork closely with the global marketing department, following their guidelines on how to execute and measure local marketing campaigns to drive revenueWhat Do You Need For The Role5-10 Years of experience as an online and offline marketing manager in a high pace, global goal-oriented environmentHave a deep understanding about the market; know their travel patterns, seasons, holidays, special days, trends, popular platforms and booking behaviorStrong understanding with digital marketing domains: PPC, CRM, SEO, Content MarketingPR / social Media / Design ExperienceStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into tangible recommendations and actionable insights - mustProven results in creating & optimizing digital marketing campaignsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAble to multitask & prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are metA creative, out-of-the-box thinker, problem solver with a strong sense of detailsExperience in working with digital marketing tools (e.g Google analytics)Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)Fluent in English - MustWorked and familiar with the local marketFamiliarity with the travel industry - an advantageStrong communication skillsTeam playerWhat can you expectCompetitive salary Performance bonus No dress code Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly) Multiple online training opportunities Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
