Audit pre-processing payroll reports and document findings. Provides feedback on discrepancies or errors and confirm corrections. Assess accuracy of payroll processing. Monitors daily workflow of payroll dashboards to ensure all payroll deadlines are met. Draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. Make recommendations for improvement. Performs other duties assigned.

**Requisitos**:
Must have a minimum of 3 years payroll and/or accounting experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of payroll principles, practices, and procedures. Experience navigating multiple HCM and payroll processing technologies. Proven time management skills and ability to assess capacity and deadlines. Educational/Previous Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of two (2) years in related human resources or accounting experience.
