With thousands of sales being closed every month through our platform, we constantly work on product improvements and leverage opportunities to scale further. As our Platform Project Manager, you will contribute to the mission and deliver value and delight to our users through product development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our diverse team to drive product initiatives forward.
- Talk to clients and commercial teams to gather insights and shape our products.
- Lead key projects from start to finish, making sure they align with our company goals.
- Define and prioritize product needs and work with our tech team to bring them to life.
- Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and validate product concepts.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Track product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of marketing, sales, and related technologies.
- Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience in researching customer needs and using insights to drive decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Fluent in English is a must both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.

**Skills that will make you successful at PX**:

- Ability to market products effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Ex: Scrum & Kanban).
- Understanding user-centered design principles and being able to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Capacity to deeply understand our client's needs, behaviors, and pain points. To research solutions.
- Strong project and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Office 365, Sketch, and Figma.
