Subject Matter Expert - Collections Management
**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Play a pivotal role within the Credits and Collections team supporting transformation of service delivery models. The position’s primary objectives will be to identify improvement opportunities including process automation, coordinate and actively participate in system testing, and support leadership as needed for other project-based work.
You must have strong SAP skills and at least basic understanding of Lean Methodology and Automation.
**You are responsible for**
- Define, promote, and utilize best practices for FSCM. Participate in assessment of future-state processes and service as a support function for team members seeking to optimize usage of the system
- Provide training to business users as needed to enable self-sufficiency.
- Work with internal & external audit team as needed.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations.

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Relevant work experience in areas Customer Services, Collections, Process areas of Order Management, Service execution, and Service Operations is a must.
- Minimum 1+ years working experience in SAP.
- LEAN Methodology experience required.
- Understand key integration points between the other SAP modules (MP1, CTP).
- Basic knowledge of Share Point and Microsoft Office.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic experience in problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting.
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Raise incidents and follow up with IT for resolutions
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop joint solutions.
