Position Overview This role is critical in providing Learning Operations support to the Global Learning & Development center of excellence, responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all processes as they relate to stakeholder management, content deployments and providing high touch service to our business partners. Demonstrating a ‘customer first’ attitude, the individual will partner with other functional areas to ensure the accurate and timely execution of learning operations services. This role works closely with OneSource business leaders, the Enterprise Learning & development & content owners to ensure successful implementation of learning programs on the ELC Learning Hub globally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Leads the learning operations global strategy supporting the Enterprise Learning & Development COE. Partners with Enterprise L&D, content owners and Global Communications to deploy mandatory and non-mandatory training using high-touch service. Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships, usually functional heads. Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.

Assist business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects. Provide management and leadership to the OneSource Jr. Analysts including but not limited to performance management responsibility, development, coaching and training opportunities. Accountable for process performance and governance through SLA and performance measurement systems.

Identifies the focus and defines where to play, how to win and what capabilities and management systems are required. Builds Collaborative Relationships: Builds relationships based on trust and respect. Promotes the inclusion of diverse knowledge, skills, and experiences to achieve results. Energizes and Enables Others: Ignites passion and releases potential to drive success.
