Administración integral de proyectos de distinta índole de diseño, construcción y puesta en marcha de un proyecto de construcción de una estructura tipo galpón e interiores incluyendo cuartos refrigerados. -responsable del éxito del proyecto: desde levantamiento de requerimientos, a liderar el desarrollo del proyecto técnico, gestionar la licitación y selección de contratistas y proveedores, gestionar la ejecución de las obras y coordinar la mudanza y cierre del proyecto. -Asumir la planificación integral del proyecto, liderando el levantamiento de requerimientos y necesidades del cliente y su organización, elaborando estrategia de ejecución del proyecto desde la licitación de partidas, a recursos necesarios y fases del proyecto. -Liderar proceso de planificar y programar el proyecto, estimando costos y tiempos, programando todas las fases del proyecto. -Manejar las comunicaciones del proyecto, asegurando que todos los interesados sean adecuadamente informados del avance del proyecto, de desviaciones en la planificación y sean partícipes de las decisiones. -Liderar proceso de diseño dando seguimiento al equipo encargado, y liderando el proceso de ingeniería de valor para maximizar el valor de la inversión. Revisión e interpretación de planos ingenieriles de construcción y geotécnicos, incluyendo capacidad de validar métodos y procesos constructivos -Apoyo en la elaboración de las bases para licitación de obra incluyendo definición de partidas a ejecutar y cantidades de obra. - Liderar y dar seguimiento a procesos de licitaciones y adquisiciones -Elaborar informes de avance y control de proyectos -Realizar control presupuestario integral, emitiendo órdenes de pedidos y facturas relacionados a la ejecución del proyecto, dando seguimiento del flujo de costos, y manteniendo detalladas notas de pagos realizados y por realizar. -Apoyar en el control de calidad, supervisando ejecución técnica de la obra -Identificar, controlar y prevenir aparición de productos no conformes, incluyendo la implementación de planes de acción en caso de aparición de defectos. - Manejo integral de las órdenes de cambio, evaluando impacto en cronograma, presupuesto y alcance, brindando apoyo a la decisión del cliente. - Liderar cierres de proyecto, incluyendo cierre de contratos, aceptación formal de entregables, entrega de informes y documentos de proyecto, incluyendo toda la documentación financiera.

**Requisitos**:
Ingeniero Civil. Preferiblemente especialización en gerencia de proyecto y/o estudios de postgrado afines (Certificación PMP) Programas Office AutoCAD Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyecto (preferible) (i.e. Procore, Monday, Asana) IDIOMAS: Inglés Avanzado. Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en planificación, gestión y ejecución de proyectos de construcción preferiblemente de galeras, supermercados o similares.
