Desarrollar y coordinar las estrategia de seguridad y salud en el mercado, dando soporte en los procesos de implementación y capacitación de cada sitio. Brindar liderazgo a todas las funciones del mercado, incluidas las funciones de producción, Cadena de suministro, Ventas y oficinas, promoviendo la seguridad y salud para crear compromiso e influir en el comportamiento y condiciones seguras y saludables a todos los níveles.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Guiar la implementación y asegurar el cumplimiento estándares de Seguridad y Salud interno, normas internacionales y requisitos legales.
- Desarrollar y mejorar continuamente los programas de Seguridad y Salud del mercado.
- Asegurar capacitación y entrenamiento a los gerentes y líderes de equipo para manejar y administrar S&H dentro de su área de responsabilidad.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo técnico a los equipos y líderes de cada uno de los sitios en temas relacionados a seguridad y salud.
- Identificar buenas prácticas relacionadas a los sistemas de Seguridad y Salud dentro y fuera de Nestlé y comunicarlas internamente (tanto dentro como fuera del Mercado).
- Coordinar los recursos internos y externos para dar soporte en temas de S&H y para monitorear y analizar el desempeño y mejorar la toma de decisiones.
- Crear una visión que inspire a los empleados a adoptar S&H como un valor, sobresalir en el cumplimiento y mejorar continuamente, aprovechando los fundamentos y prácticas avanzadas de NCE (por ejemplo, TPM y Lean Value Stream).
- Mantener contacto con stakeholders externos en temas de S&H, para construir relaciones positivas a largo plazo.

- Graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Electromecánica.
- Ingles Avanzado
- De 3 a 4 años de experiência en Manejo de Sistemas de Seguridad y Salud
