**Position Summary**:
We are currently looking for a highly competent Regional Procurement Manager based in Panama, responsible for managing the commercial negotiations with media agencies across different channels including digital.

Reporting to the Global Category Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the Media buying strategy for the spend in scope on a global level as well as specific North American Markets, utilizing strategic sourcing processes, tools and policies.

**A day in the life of a Regional Procurement Manager (AMS) - Media**:

- Contribute, define and execute the regional procurement strategy for Media buying Category for all Americas (a.k.a AMS) region (North, Central and South).
- Lead and perform media reviews across AMS markets along with Nestle market stakeholders and ensure Nestle’s competitive position as an outcome. Have experience of delivering change - new supplier solutions, digital media buying capabilities, such as programmatic buying search etc. and new ways of working in a complex and changing multi-brand environment.
- Enhance standards of performance and contribution to the right suppliers.
- Internal efficiency improvements.
- Cost savings opportunity and reduction of total cost of ownership.
- Incremental added value from our Media Agency partners.
- Engage and manage the relationship with various stakeholders and align and convince them to integrate category global plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.

**What will make you successful**:

- University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communication.
- Minimum 5 years in Media buying and/or planning. Digital media buying is an asset.
- Commercial understanding of strategic category management.
- Strong marketing services knowledge.
- Proven track record in working across the organization with different teams in complex organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across different AMS cultures and make a personal impact and influence senior management.
- Strong negotiation skills able to lead complex negotiations, manage the relationship and driving demanding service levels.
- Understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations.
- Fluency in English, another language will be an asset.
