**Job Summary**

**Reports to**: Controller

**Responsibilities**
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Customer billing
- Assist the Sales team with custom invoicing and customer reports.
- Assist HR with timesheets and payroll data entry.
- Update and maintain reporting
- Assist with pricing changes as needed
- Assist with other projects and ad hoc requests as needed

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in accounting, billing, or bookkeeping
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles, knowledge of US GAAP is a plus
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code
- Excellent sense of initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and work collaboratively
- Strong Excel and/or Google sheet skills
- Must be able to work normal business hours in Eastern or Central Time Zone (US).
