**Resumen de perfil**:
Su función principal es el de ejecutar las estrategias definidas por el Brand Manager para los mercados de su cono. Se centra en compartir Insights de las necesidades de los países que conforman el cono, así como asegurar la correcta implementación de las tácticas y acciones en el campo.
Identifica oportunidades tanto del mercado en el sector público (estatal) como privado, dando visibilidad y colaborando con el Brand manager de la franquicia.
Colabora y es el punto de contacto para marketing con los equipos multifuncionales presentes en su cono (fuerza de ventas, comercial, acceso y área médica) con quienes mantiene una búsqueda constate de oportunidades, implementando proyectos e iniciativas que maximicen retornos y capitalicen las ventas en los países que conforman su cono.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Ejecutar las acciones del plan de marketing de los productos priorizados en su cono para cada uno de los países que lo integran.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las campañas promocionales y planes tácticos dentro de los presupuestos de marketing asignados a los países de su cono, buscando el mayor retorno de la inversión.
Colaborar con los lideres de marca (Brand Managers) de LAMEX, trabajando juntos y apoyando al equipo interdisciplinario para expandir las oportunidades de los productos priorizados en los diferentes países y mercados.
Es responsable por la ejecución y seguimiento de los planes tácticos acordados para asegurar el crecimiento de las franquicias priorizadas dentro de los países que integran su cono, así como la coordinación y monitoreo de eventos internos y externos (congresos, webcasts, etc.).
Monitorear y controlar los presupuestos y gastos de la marca de los productos priorizados en los países que integran su cono para evaluar la rentabilidad y apoyar el alcance de los objetivos de venta establecidos.
Apoyar las operaciones de la fuerza de campo y motivar para impulsar el crecimiento. Analizar y consolidar datos de mercado (incluidos informes y seguimiento de campo). Realizar análisis de oportunidades/amenazas para los productos priorizados en los países que integran el cono.
**Requisitos mínimos de educación e idiomas**:
Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía u otras carreras afines. Deseable maestria en áreas relacionadas a Mercadeo
Inglés Avanzado
**Experiência y habilidades requeridas**:
Al menos 3 años de experiência previa liderando la ejecución de las estrategias de marketing en empresas farmacéuticas en alguno de los países que conforman el cono
Conocimientos de los sistemas de salud
Conocimiento en los canales tanto privado como público
Enfoque en resultados a corto y mediano plazo
**MS Office**: Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
