**EXPERIENCIA EN HOTELERÍA**

REQUISITOS.
- Preparatoria-Bachillerato (terminado) en adelante.
- Experiência en atención a clientes / call center / ventas en reservaciones hoteleras / agencias de viajes /. aerolíneas / cobranza preventiva 1 a 2 meses / automotriz / hipotecarias.
- Inglés - avanzado, oral y escrito indispensable

QUE HARAS
- Gestión de reservas para la cadena vía telefónica, mail o chat.
- Brindar información a los clientes sobre las opciones en tarifas de nuestros hoteles alrededor del mundo.
- Ayudar y encaminar al cliente a conseguir su objetivo; reservar y tener una experiência satisfactoria.
