**Position Overview**

This role will be responsible for providing support on reporting and analyses to the NA Online Planning team (main stakeholders are at Director and Manager level) executing them for NA Organizations. The reporting and processes under the scope of this role may include daily planning, closing, weekly planing estimates, analyses among others. It is expected to be OneSource face externally, managing and nurturing relationships with main stakeholders inside ELC and within the regional organization.

**Roles and Responsibilitie**s**
- Stakeholder Management of NA Online Planning stakeholders
- Generate strategic insights and analysis. Partner with OS FP&A Transformative Analytika team to generate value added reports and tools.
- Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports, and activities internally and externally.
- Harmonize and Streamline the FP&A catalogue. Identify optimization opportunities among processes and reports.

**Day-to-Day Service Delivery**

**Reporting and Insight Driven Analysis 90%**

Define and identify background and financial data delivered by the team to guide decision-making for NA Online Planning, and

channel it via standard reports, standard variance analysis, consolidated reports and data. Expected to prioritize, manage, update, and automate standard reports, as well as support master data enrichment activities, constantly review analytics and reporting, and continually interface with other FP&A team members to look for efficiencies, harmonization, and better insights.

**Stakeholder Management - 10%**

Responsible for organizing, monitor and improve the relationships with our NA Online Planning stakeholders. This involves systematically identifying key stakeholders; analyzing their needs and expectations; and planning and implementing various tasks to engage with them. Must supervise analyses, commentaries, and presentation materials to be provided to our Stakeholders to ensure the team is connected to their interests and priorities, while remaining relevant and adding value to them.

**Qualifications**
- Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 0.5 Years of experience.
- Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.
- Results Oriented.
- Good Stakeholder Management skills.
- Self learner.
- Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level.

- Succesful or better PDP goals.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Constant communication with leader and teammates.
- Good discipline to support follow up of new developments and innovation efforts.
