Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planets most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travellers, to work and enjoy new adventures.What the role isReporting to the VP, Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Analyst / Sr. Analyst will be an integral part of the Investor Relations and overall Finance team, working closely with key functions across Selina as well as members of the Companys leadership team. The role will be responsible for managing the flow of information between Selina, the investment community, shareholders and other stakeholders and helping to develop and maintain strong and transparent relationships with these partners.What you will be doingSupport all communications with the investment community regarding the Companys business model, operating results and business strategyReview and summarize analyst reports, competitive financial analysis and aggregate information from various financial data sourcesBuild and own financial model as well as manage externally-reported financials (in conjunction with accounting and FP&A teams)Compare internal forecasts with analyst modelstracking analyst estimate changes and ensuring accuracyAssist investors and analysts with modeling the companys historical financial statementsSupport all aspects of investor marketing, including core processes to build and maintain our investor database and CRMSupport the Companys participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshowsCreate and maintain various investor marketing materialsSupport all aspects of quarterly earningsincluding preparation of quarterly financial press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A documents, investor presentations, board presentations and other associated materials; assist in drafting annual and quarterly SEC filingsCompile disclosures and data for use by senior management in meetings and discussions with sell-side analysts and shareholdersWhat you need for the roleUndergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative disciplineMinimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably in investor relations, investment banking, private equity, equity research, corporate development, FP&A or other position involving financial analysisSelf-motivated and proactive individual with an ability to work independentlyStrong attention to detailStrong analytical and quantitative skills including financial modeling experienceStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple, parallel responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environmentResults oriented, with the ability to work effectively under pressureStrong work ethic and a genuine passion for excellenceTeam player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to workStrong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and work with professionals around the organizationExperience working in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with Keynote is a plusKnowledge of travel and leisure, hospitality or consumer good industries is a plusFluency in Spanish is a plusWhat can you expectCompetitive salaryPerformance bonusNo dress code and remote working arrangementsPet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly)Multiple online training opportunitiesCultural events and wellness activities at locationsSelina experience discounts on your stays, food and fun for you, your friends and your family (you can expect to become even more popular among your friends)Have your birthday offExtra country-specific benefits;
