**Job Title**: Business Analyst

**You are responsible for**
- Determining based upon own understanding and technical knowledge, how best to approach the supportive task.
- The mapping and translation of assigned projects to be automated into our coding platforms.
- Strong focus in process automation.
- Analyzing the available data to decide how to best carry out the assignment.
- To find solutions by involving data from multiple resources Root Cause Analysis.
- Developing and introducing new (supportive) sub-processes and to improves existing processes.
- Initiating and running small improvement projects.
- Be the point of contact between our internal clients at Philips and our programming team to make projects happen.

**You are a part of**
A global company supporting the Americas Region under an out of the box thinking team within the Business Transformation department.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelors Degree
- Advanced English
- Knowledge in Process Automation
- Out of the box mindset to find creative solutions
- Knowledge in Programming
- Project Management (PMI) certification or experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
