With a presence in 38 countries across three continents and over 13,000 employees, our mission is to contribute to society through the continuous development of superior rail transport solutions.MissionAchieve the defined objectives for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project.AccountabilitiesEnsure (during the bidding phase) the final validation, of bidding whole life costs estimation, revenues, margins and risks and work scheduleEnsure the on time, on budget and on quality delivery of the projectAchieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash inAchieve of the identified KPIsEnsure Client relationship, personally interfacing with the clientMonitor customer satisfactionContribute to the promotion of business opportunities and manage the Change Orders/Variation OrdersEnsure contract claims preparation and disputes handling in accordance to contract provisions (e.g.

identifying and applying any preventive/corrective action)JOB REQUIREMENTSRequired Skills/ KnowledgeForm 3 up to 5 years of experience as project managerDemonstrated ability to lead, engage and integrate the activities of cross-functional teams with varying skills/experienceAbility to manage time and to comply with the deadlinesResource planning and cost controlMaintaining and controlling qualitySchedule monitoring/developmentCommunication and leadership skillsPrior experience in risk assessment and managementMarket and customer orientedFlexible and able to work in an international teamEducation / QualificationsBachelors Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical BackgroundLanguagesEnglish and Spanish Proficiency
