Sales Executive

We are a fun, high-growth, creative Language Services Provider that specializes in delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. We work with some of the world’s leading financial, life science, and technology organizations to help them achieve their goals and dissolve cultural barriers. We are looking for a Sales Executive, proactively seeking conversion of high-quality leads into clients, as well as managing loyal recurrent customers.
Major Activities:
- Effectively following up on leads, using phone calls as a primary means of communicating with potential customers.
- Explaining our business model to clients and use strong sales skills to close deals.
- Working on customer retention through research and an active follow-up.
- Managing accounts for recurrent valued customers, acting as a trusted consultant and advocate for their needs with a focus on improving buyer experience.
- Providing the highest level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction from point of contact through project delivery (Processing of sales and post service tasks).
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Find new business opportunities and growth opportunities within your existing accounts.
- Helping identify and define key requirements and project specifications during the pre-production process, providing proper guidance to the Project Manager and communicate any changes/updates on project specifications and/or scope, if applicable.
- Monitoritoring compliance with agreed-upon schedules and deadlines.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
- Completing an on-time delivery of the service.
- Tackling other related duties as required.
Essential requirements:
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
- Native or near-native command of the English language.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- +1-year experience interacting with clients and closing sales.
- Organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Very analytical and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho).
Working conditions:
- Under contract
- Fully remote
- Compensation in USD
- Internet service reimbursement
- Schedule from Monday to Friday, Weekends off.
- 22 days of PTO per year
- Free yoga remote classes
Pay: B/.1,000.00 - B/.1,300.00 per month
