Propósito y relevancia general para la organización:
- Contribuir a los logros de los objetivos y KPIs de la tienda proporcionando una experiência memorable para los clientes y viviendo los valores de la marca. Apoyar al equipo que lidera y las operaciones de la tienda como tercero a cargo y gestiona el equipo asignado. Utilizar los conocimientos y la experiência para servir y vender a los clientes y lograr la excelencia operativa, ejecutar sin problemas las operaciones de la tienda cuando sea responsable del flujo de productos hacia y desde el piso de ventas, el almacén y / o los procedimientos de caja.- Responsabilidades clave:
- Apoya las operaciones comerciales de la tienda y las personas como un tercero a cargo cumpliendo el rol de gerente a cargo en caso de que el Gerente de Tienda y el Subgerente de Tienda estén ausentes para garantizar la gestión y supervisión de la tienda asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio de adidas.
- Colabora con el logro de los KPI de la tienda como CR (Conversion Rate / Tasa de Conversión), ATV (Average Transaction Value / Valor Promedio de Transacción), ASP (Average Selling Price / Precio Promedio de Venta), UPT (Unit per Transaction / Unidad por Transacción), Tráfico, Margen Estándar, NPS (Net Promoter Score) y garantiza que el equipo los conozca, conozca cómo contribuyen y hace sugerencias de los ajustes necesarios para impulsar la productividad y la eficiencia a nível de servicio y piso de ventas.
- Contribuye al cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la tienda para mantener un ambiente laboral y de compras seguro y apoya la capacitación del equipo para asegurar los estándares de adidas y reducir los riesgos.
- Supervisa y da soporte en las diferentes tareas de la tienda (ej., Caja, almacén, ventas), ejecutándolas junto con el equipo si es necesario, para asegurar la operación de la tienda y el servicio al cliente.
- Como líder a cargo, apoya en la ejecución del uso adecuado de los recursos disponibles de la tienda, optimiza la programación del personal, minimiza y controla las pérdidas de inventario, y minimiza y controla eficientemente todos los gastos generales operativos bajo la responsabilidad del equipo gerencial de la tienda, para impactar positivamente la rentabilidad de la tienda.
- Lidera, motiva al equipo asignado y apoya el reclutamiento y capacitación de otros miembros del equipo para brindarle al equipo las herramientas necesarias para desempeñar y lograr los objetivos de la tienda asegurando el compromiso, la productividad y la cultura de alto desempeño de los empleados, liderando con el ejemplo como un defensor de la marca, que exhibe constantemente las 3 C (Confianza, Colaboración y Creatividad) para reforzar la cultura adidas.
- Impulsa que nuestro modelo de servicio y ritmo operativo de la tienda, sea realmente vivido por todos los miembros del equipo, incluyendo el cumplimiento de todos los estándares de nuestras operaciones de retail y el proceso de postventa en una perspectiva omnicanal.
- Colabora con la ejecución y seguimiento de iniciativas digitales que deben ser implementadas, operativas y de cara al consumidor. Impulsa una ejecución impecable en todo el proceso digital de principio a fin a nível de tienda.
- Apoya al gerente de la tienda en la capacitación del equipo en todas las soluciones y herramientas de ventas digitales y omnicanal y brinda un servicio posventa para garantizar una experiência de compra perfecta.
- Impulsa que la adquisición de la membresía de Creators Club sea ejecutada por los miembros de nuestro personal a través de nuestro modelo de servicio en cada interacción con los consumidores.
- Completa todos los programas de capacitación aplicables, incluidos los conocimientos básicos y de temporada sobre la marca y el producto, aplicando de manera efectiva el aprendizaje en el trabajo.
