Manage the flow of materials within the Latin America region ensuring that there is an optimization of stock and service levels at all locations in line with company objectives
- The main goal is to drive the demand and inventory levels, ensuring Sales and Forecast Integration
- The Demand Planner will assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, everything that help our company to improve the material forecast
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to create a consensus sales forecast which steers the Supply Chain taking into consideration different plans and scenarios in order to achieve targeted sales and delivery performance
- Prime link between Materials Management and Product Management ensuring all projects, events and phase-in / phase-out items are planned effectively and the INP process is fully understood, implemented and executed on time
- Lead a team of two members, ensuring all the people processes are correctly executed, including among others: performance & development management, coaching, steering of projects, etc.

**What does the role involve?**:
Responsible for leading a team of Materials Managers in order to achieve company objectives for product availability and inventory levels. Serves as first tier of escalation for operational topics related to Materials Management and advises on complex issues. Conducts root cause analysis to resolve problems and ensure continuous improvement. Scope differentiatior: Responsible for the function of Materials Management in an MO M; OR for leading a team of Materials Managers supporting either Fasteing & Protection (F&P) or Electric Tools & Accessories (ET&A) in a Small or Medium-sized Region.

**What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- A Master/MBA is an advantage
- Business Fluent in Spanish and English
- 3 - 5 years of Materials Management demand planning experience
- Leadership experience (line or project) and a track record in implementing new processes and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Logical thinker with a good attention to detail and high level of commitment
- Strong problem-solving skill
- Good insight in process development and understanding an integrated system approach
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office
- Intermediate-Advanced Power BI
- SAP R3 and APO Planning system experience
- JDA experience is a plus
