**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**
building the business forecast for the BMC within the Market based on insights and assumptions and to identify any gaps in achieving the targets

**You are responsible for**
- Manage the Demand Planning process for respective businesses and or Customer Planning Groups
- Maintain the demand plan for respective business and/or Customer Planning Groups and ensure timely updates for meetings and business planning snapshots
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to achieve the sales, marketing and/or consensus forecast as input for the Sales Review Meeting, Activity Review Meeting, and Demand Sign-off Meeting.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelor or minimum 5 years of related experience in demand planning.
- Familiar with ERP and advanced planning tools, preferable SAP and JDA.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or in a planning role either further upstream (supply centers, factories) or downstream (retail)
- Experience in working in a x-function organization
