**Responsibilities**
- ** Asegurar el abasto eficiente** - El CPFR es responsable de asegurar que la información de las variables (catálogo de productos, forecast de sell out, históricos de venta, minimos en anaquel, temporalidades, dispersiones, promociones) en el algoritmo del resurtido sean correctas para asegurar los inventarios óptimos en punto de venta.
- ** Construir forecast de demanda colaborativo** - Liderar el proceso de colaboración multifuncional (compras y resurtido del cliente, ventas, demand planning, comercial) para construir el forecast de sell out y sell in del cliente y DR.
- ** Generar ingreso de demanda vía resurtido - **Gestionar el sell in de la compañía a través del forecast colaborativo, de la planeación y análisis de tendencias de consumo, desplazamiento de inventarios, desempeño de la cadena de suministro, estrategias comerciales y de mercado mediante los modelos de abasto y herramientas de información ( Proveidas por el cliente)
- ** Generar ingreso de demanda de iniciativas, innovaciones, exhibiciones adicionales y productos con oportunidad de abasto** - Elaborar análisis necesarios para soportar y gestionar el ingreso de la demanda.
- ** Analizar, negociar e ingresar demanda de temporalidades **con base en negociaciones comerciales y crecimiento esperado en épocas estacionales y realizar análisis de desempeño para el ajuste de variables.
- ** Monitorear dispersiones** - Monitorear el desempeño de la venta a nível artículo-tienda para evitar agotados y excedentes de inventario en punto de venta.
- ** Dar visibilidad y seguimiento a inventarios en punto de venta **- Generar el análisis de comportamiento de inventarios y comunicar a los equipos comerciales de los ajustes necesarios a realizar por inventarios virtuales, negativos y triple cero

**Qualifications**
- Ingeniero Industrial, Licenciado em Administracion de Empresas o similar
- 2 años de experiência en CPFR, KAM, servicio o analista
- Experiência con manejo de números, análisis y habilidades de negociación.
- Conocimientos para elaborar presentaciones de resultados y score cards
- Experiência en el análisis de tendencias de mercado para el soporte de la toma de decisiones
- Experiência en desarrollar y seguir KPI’s para garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores de negocio y de los planes con los clientes
- Capacidad para detectar, analizar y ejecutar nuevos procesos en el área.
- Comparta e implemente las mejores prácticas con su equipo de trabajo
- Capacidad para alinear a la compañía a las necesidades de los clientes
- Experiência en el manejo de personal de confianza
- Experiência en gestión de personal a diferentes níveles
- Habilidades: análisis de información, negociación con clientes importantes en el área de servicio, comunicación asertiva, manejo de gente, pensamiento creativo, trabajo bajo presión, proactivo, análisis de mercado, facilidad de palabra y adaptación a cambios.
- Amplio conocimiento de Excel, Power Point, Word y macros; manejo de SAP (Deseable)
