El Pasante de Capital Projects Analyst of Latina Region tendrá la oportunidad de Proveer soporte en el seguimiento y administración de los kpis claves para la ejecución de los proyectos de Capital de las plantas de QSC de Latina.

Además será parte de actividades claves para progresar su carrera, en las siguientes principales funciones:

- Brindar soporte a la función regional de proyectos de capital, en cuanto a la recopilación y seguimiento de la información relacionada con la administración y aprobación de cada proyecto según los estándares de Haleon en coordinación con los líderes de proyecto de cada planta.
- Brindar soporte en la revisión y direccionamiento del plan de inversiones de cada planta, asegurando la correcta clasificación de los proyectos.
- Brindar soporte en la consolidación de la información y generar la presentación que resume los aspectos claves de la gestión de proyectos de la región, para la presentación en los foros regionales.
- Administración y tracking de los diferentes KPIs que evalúan la calidad y eficiencia en la implementación de los proyectos para las plantas del grupo: Calidad, adherencia al plan, shutdowns, VSUP, entre otros.
- Hacer uso de las herramientas digitales disponibles, como Excel, Power BI, para consolidar y generar reportes con información relevante a la administración de proyectos en Latina.

¿Por qué TÚ?

Tus calificaciones:

- Estudiantes activos en Licenciatura de las carreras de Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Eléctrica, o similar.
- Mestría en Gestión de Proyectos o similar es un PLUS
- Nível de Inglés: Intermedio
- Conocimientos intermedio - avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, formulas, gráfics, etc.)
- Conocimiento intermedio de proyect management (manejo de gastos, teoría de trabajo, manejo e implementacion de proyectos).
- Conocimiento de finanzas (retorno de inversion, estados financieros...) es un PLUS.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación, liderazgo de proyectos, técnicas de resolución de problemas
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Panamá, Costa del Este y Juan Diaz.
