Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities -Ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings and company deductions for multiple payrolls/countries and tax requirements-Preparing statistical reports on team member pay, commissions and bonuses, vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave, taxes and withholdings-Ensuring payroll is processed with speed and accuracy whilst maintaining records and files-Serving as liaison to team members and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies-Auditing team member pay records, and reconciles totals by department, location, country, etc.Interpreting pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, workers compensation, union contracts, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate amounts/deductions are calculated and applied to the various accounts correctly-Ensuring all processes and procedures meet government requirements Qualifications -Bilingual (English) and other languages is a plus-Experience working across the region, managing multiple countries and deadlines. European Region is a plus-2+ years of experience in a Payroll regional position-Must be confident in coordinating, conducting and documenting financial analysis/ payroll projects and communicating results-Ability to produce and deliver management reports on the status of assigned payroll functionsCompany Description At Quest, we create and manage the software that makes the benefits of new technology real.
