**Job Title**: Domain Specialist and Architect - Digital Networks

**You are responsible for**

Ensure the network and its related services are highly available, and that Partners are delivering as agreed.
- Working with the technology team, you will make sure the new services are transitioned to operations seamlessly while appreciating the documentation and necessary hyper care
- Leading service in operations while tracking it from strategy to deployment
- Providing necessary inputs during the conceptual phase of the service/technology from an operations perspective
- Lead on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of an effective Governance & quality assurance framework.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems by working with Partners
- Effective communication and stakeholder management during sustenance and crisis
- Act as technical operations expert with other team members, as well as with other worldwide teams
- Work with partners by building simulated networks to resolve problems and compatibility issues, and perform an analysis of network designs
- Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations that enhance performance and delivery
- Keep up to date with the latest technology, to provide high-quality support in current and future network services
- Continually improve the service for betterment, ease of operation, fulfilling the business need
- Leadership position within the Organization, however, won't have direct reports.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Undergraduate **degree** with strong success in **math, engineering** or other relevant **IT areas**
- ** Advanced English** (written and spoken)
- Strong Knowledge of Network Software Defined Access, **SDWAN**
- ** 8 to10 years of related experience** in** routing, switching, wireless, security**
- ** Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) **certification (or equivalent level)
- Stakeholder management, Costs Management, KPI tracking
