1. Analyze financial data related to operations, business performance, opportunities, investments, etc.

2. Supervise financial analysis projects, forecasting, and statistical studies.

3. Ensure that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies.

4. Supervise employees engaged in the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements.

5. May be responsible for managing budget.

**Scope**

Direct daily operations of work unit.

**WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE (Preferred Qualifications)**:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA may be preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Management Experience: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.

**MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH**

Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.

**The salary range for this position**
**is**:$75,000 - $85,000
