Financial Services and Treasury Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services and Treasury Process Analyst to join our team at Grainger Businesses. As a key member of our Financial Services and Treasury department, you will play a crucial role in defining, documenting, and assessing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to Financial Services and Treasury functions, ensuring smooth operations across Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Billing, and Collections.
- Independently identify, analyze, and resolve issues to maintain workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Focus on identifying opportunities for system and process enhancements to improve performance and functionality, supporting the department in achieving its goals.
- Analyze, evaluate, and recommend new business processes and systems to ensure FST remains competitive and efficient.
- Lead the implementation of new processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred
- English proficiency, both written and verbal, required; Spanish and French, in addition, are preferred
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms is a plus
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Visio
- Project management skills is a plus
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques (Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Lean, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is a plus
- Must be proactive and able to work with little or no supervision
- The ability to proactively and effectively communicate to all levels of management to clarify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to make large scale presentations
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are requisites for this position; exercise strategic thinking in order to create, drive and modify process improvements
- Demonstrates the ability to consistently follow through, effect action, and bring focus to situations
- Seeks opportunities to increase process/system efficiencies, customer satisfaction and overall business improvement
