World Business Lenders (WBL) is a U.S.-based company that provides short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. Our company specializes in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.
We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Specialist to join our Valuation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting appraisal-related market data through internal and external sources.
Key Responsibilities- Research local real estate markets and identify sales and rental data
- Assist appraisers with valuation assignments
- Review inspection reports for quality and accuracy
- Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Develop internal valuations for small to medium-sized businesses
- Collaborate with analysts to complete valuation assignments
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in real estate appraisals or banking
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a risk management or valuation environment
- Registered and sworn valuer
- Experience with Costar and Microsoft Office
- Contract/consultancy position
