Regional Sales Strategist

The company is a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment, including water heaters, electric generators, and industrial & home fans. Our products cater to various markets around the world.
Job Description:
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in leading commercial strategies for our industrial equipment. This includes strengthening distributor relationships to drive sell-in and sell-out growth while ensuring proper brand positioning in the market with retailers and distributors. The successful candidate will oversee trade marketing activities, manage budgets, and support distributors in inventory optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Manage key accounts and ensure optimal market positioning
* Analyze market trends and define action plans to achieve targeted market share
* Prepare and execute area budgets, perform pricing analysis, and optimize product mix by retailer
* Oversee accounts receivable, implement customer loyalty strategies, and ensure after-sales support
* Track order fulfillment and manage sample deliveries
* Support sales targets, analyze inventory turnover, and drive activation plans
* Conduct training programs, oversee performance evaluations, and manage satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial management roles
* Proven experience in international markets (LATAM, Central America, South America, or the Caribbean)
* Experience managing B2C retail channels (not B2B)
* Key Competencies: Advanced English proficiency, strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI & Microsoft Office, highly organized, strategic, and customer-focused mindset
