Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of facilities and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background.
- Extensive experience in general maintenance, electrical, or refrigeration.
- Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience.
- Supervisory experience is not required.
