Pre Sales- Operations Partner

OverviewThe primary charter for this position is to build and manage operational processes to support and scale our strategic cloud partnerships across NTT DATA Services. These partnerships include Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Google Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include the operationalization of partner activities across all areas of the cloud partner practice, including: Partner portal management Partner incentives and funding Partner sales Partner marketing Partnership communications Partnership metrics You will manage all the operational aspects of these partnerships. As an example, as the programs change within the partnership, we need to make sure that we have all the currect documentation in the Parter portals to qualify.
You will also be involved with submitting the pre-sales funding requests and when approved by the Partners, helping to get these routed to the appropiate teams inside NTT Data. As we work with Sales, Marketing and the Comms team, we need to make sure that the day to day activites needed, like promotion of a new event or program is in place. Requirements: o Minimum of 5 years industry experience, including at least 3 years with partner or sales operationso Undergraduate degree in related discipline preferredo Operational experience with AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud is requiredo Technical expertise with creating and documenting process flowso Ability to articulate complex processes to multiple levels within an organizationo Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organizationo Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g. SFDC, Dynamics, WorkSpan) a pluso Automation of operational processes a plus
