**Key Responsibilities**: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the markets of Central America and Colombia.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies as needed.Sales Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Provide continuous training and development to the sales team, ensuring high levels of expertise and market knowledge.Establish clear sales objectives and performance metrics.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central America and Colombia to expand market presence and increase revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.Market Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market research and detailed analysis to understand regional needs and adapt products and services accordingly.Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasted opportunities for review by senior management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure a consistent and unified market approach.Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery of products and services to clients.Other Duties: Perform any other functions inherent to the role as required.Qualifications & Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive business growth.Experience in Central America and Colombia markets preferred.
