**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Execution**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the markets of Central America and Colombia.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Sales Leadership & Management**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide continuous training and development to the sales team, ensuring high levels of expertise and market knowledge.
- Establish clear sales objectives and performance metrics.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central America and Colombia to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:

- Conduct market research and detailed analysis to understand regional needs and adapt products and services accordingly.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasted opportunities for review by senior management.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to ensure a consistent and unified market approach.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- **Other Duties**:

- Perform any other functions inherent to the role as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and drive business growth.
- Experience in Central America and Colombia markets preferred.
