Se requiere personal con experiência para trabajar por un perodo de 6 meses con probabilidades de extenderse dependiendo del desempeo.ACCOUNTABILITIES Writes, edits and proofs hardcopy and online documents for consistency. Examples reference documents for hardware and software products, code, user interface tests, white papers, Application Program Interface and Command Line Interface Documentation, online help systems. Ensures all deliverables are technically and mechanically accurate. Collaborates with department team members, engineering, marketing, services, legal, regulatory and others to develop content for standard documentation sets, software and special initiatives inline with the development cycle.
Defines, ratifies, documents and monitors Dell documentation management processes and procedures to comply with ISO and internal quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES Writes Edit structure, and develops new modules for a whole product line with multiple levels of complexity. Owns the whole life cycle from inception to delivery for a line of business. Reviews, updates and implements process improvements and quality control improvements for department.
Working crossfunctionally with other departments to gather and document all the necessary requirements for the document production. Moderate to advanced level of complex work with little to no daily direction by management. Ability to manage multiple projects that are highly complex in scope that encompasses various levels of the business. Trains, coaches and mentors less experienced team members.
Performs as a project lead within the department. May perform as product line lead within the department.The principal focus of this position is the revisioncorrection of vulnerability tests reports, sent by pen testers and case managers.Other related activities may occur naturally on the day to day flow of workEdit and refine technical security assessment reports and accompanying materialsDevelop and implement customized technical documents gather information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements from cross functional security teamsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps which includes writing, reviewing, and obtaining approval for all standard operating procedures and other operational content in the department uses business process maps to develop procedures, models, and operational processesDevelop and maintain program marketing materials and informational content for internal customersMeet with leaders and team members to review current processes and procedures and develop thorough documentation of processes performedCoordinate with different stakeholders to understand and identify gaps between original business process and documented processFacilitate the change management processes to ensure documentation remains current and effective and is the first level support for document maintenance tasksReport on the status of document maintenance tasks as well as administration of internal SharePoint sites to include access managementBe the official scribe of meeting minutes for governance committees and other meetings as neededResponsible for continuous improvement of standard operating procedure manuals to make them more robust, efficient with less room for confusion, redundancy, and errorsContinuously work to drive improvement in the logical process workflows, document structure, formatting, and grammatical formParticipate in information security projects as requested to document internal controls and other relevant technical documentation as requiredPerform other related duties as assigned. Desirable Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Experience in editing technical reports and presentations, developing documentation for Cyber Security processes or Information Technology processes. Preferred experience with tools such as Plextrac, JIRA, Confluence.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Visio, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Ability to effectively estimate, manage, and meet deliverable deadlines. Experience creating processflow diagrams. Very high attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Ability to work with a variety of personalities, establish, and maintain effective collaborative relationships. Ability to function with limited direction. Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity. Ability to prioritize, manage, and address ad hoc requests.
Customeroriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction.
