Enable feedback so development and operations can safely deploy code.Manage common components architecture and delivery cycles according to developer cadence, ensuring consistency and re-usability of solutions.Understand industry trends and anticipate future needs for Agile development.Provide guidance and expertise on system options, risk analysis, and recovery plans.Optimize DORA4 DevOps metrics: Lead time, deployment frequency, defect rate & resolution time.
