Esta posicion se encargara de implementar, gestionar la entrega de servicios, monitoreo de desempeño de SLAs, coordinación y resolución de incidentes y problemas técnicos, en concordancia con las necesidades estratégicas del cliente.
Su enfoque será en la implementación de proyectos de nube de Oracle, aunque podría participar en la gestión de delivery de otro tipo de soluciones de la marca. Coordinar la instalación y configuración de las soluciones diseñadas, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares técnicos y los plazos establecidos, tanto de forma individual, como en la gestión con otros proveedores del servicio, incluido Oracle. Brindar asistencia técnica durante la implementación, resolviendo cualquier problema que surja en el proceso. Documentar los detalles técnicos y el progreso de la implementación para facilitar la continuidad operativa y la transición a soporte post-venta. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante la implementación, monitoreando su experiência y ajustando soluciones según sea necesario.Requisitos: Titulación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Telemática y/o Software o equivalente.Experiência técnica sólida en Oracle Cloud: Debe tener un profundo conocimiento técnico de los servicios ofrecidos por Oracle Cloud, incluyendo Oracle Database, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), y otras soluciones relevantes.
Esto implica comprensión de conceptos como redes, almacenamiento, seguridad, bases de datos y computación en la nube.Al menos 2 años de experiência en implementación de proyectos: Debería tener experiência previa en implementación de proyectos en Oracle Cloud o en entornos similares.
Esto incluye la capacidad de diseñar arquitecturas, configurar servicios, migrar datos, y llevar a cabo la integración de sistemas.Habilidades de preventa: Capacidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones adecuadas utilizando la gama de servicios de Oracle Cloud.
Debe ser capaz de articular claramente los beneficios de la solución propuesta y demostrar cómo aborda los desafíos específicos del cliente.Comunicarse efectivamente con clientes de diferentes níveles de comprensión técnica, desde ejecutivos hasta profesionales de TI.
Esto implica la capacidad de comprender los desafíos del cliente, anticipar sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones efectivas.
Además, debe poder resolver problemas de manera proactiva y rápida.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo: Debería poder colaborar efectivamente con otros miembros del equipo, incluidos ingenieros, consultores y gerentes de cuenta, para garantizar el éxito del cliente en todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
