**Objetivo de la Posición
Operación diaria del cash management de los países asignados, análisis y toma de decisiones sobre el flujo de efectivo diario, desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas de mejoramiento continuo.

**Un día en la vida de
- Realizar todos los trabajos operacionales diarios relacionados con la gestión de tesorería para las compañías afiliadas. El alcance geográfico de sus actividades incluye diferentes mercados de Nestlé en Latinoamérica y el Caribe.
- Preparar la situación diaria de tesorería con cada banco y continuamente buscar optimización de los procesos.
- Analizar los flujos y las proyecciones de las compañías afiliadas y alertando a estas sobre desviaciones importantes.
- Realizar los cálculos de intereses de las cuentas de bancos e inter-compañías.
- Continuo análisis del financiamiento de los mercados bajo su responsabilidad y búsqueda continua de alternativas.
- Revisión mensual de las proyecciones de Flujo de Caja, del plan financiero a corto y mediano plazo y previsión del Costo Financiero anual.
- Conocimiento profundo de los modelos de negocio de los mercados asignados como de los productos y servicios que ofrecen las instituciones financieras, para hacer propuestas e implementar la estructura más eficiente de cash Management.
