**Description**:
**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
The key function of this role is to be the primary point of contact for all Selling and Store Operating areas. The role encompasses budget/estimate forecasting while being a liaison between the retail commercial team and the brands. The incumbent will ensure all commission and bonus payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, as well as maintain centralized reporting of results.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**_ Store Operations:_**
- Manage expenses relating to Free Standing Stores within the store Operations budget (R&M, telephone, armored car, security, etc)
- Calculate and submit monthly accruals relating to above GLs
- Work in conjunction with the FSS COE and Occupancy team to ensure rent and all occupancy costs are estimated and budgeted accordingly
- Perform monthly variance analysis, providing commentary and insights to brand partners
- Issue monthly P&L reporting based on all major line items by door, highlighting any door standouts
- Work Directly with the FSS COE to find efficiencies and cost savings, through various initiatives
- Work with COE to utilize WFM to ensure appropriate FTE and productivity benchmarks are being maintained

**_ FTE Management:_**
- Work with brand teams and FSS COE to ensure FTEs are aligned with brand strategy and sales expectations
- Work with COE to utilize WFM to ensure appropriate FTE and productivity benchmarks are being scheduled with brand census model
- Ensure FTE and staffing reporting is consistent with FSS COE census reporting and ensure alignment

**_ Other:_**
- Calculate and distribute FSS monthly bonus and/or commission payments
- Assist in brand impairment reviews and charges
- Work with brand & marketing on branded Lease Required Advertising requirements

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Experience in a fast-moving consumer products industry
- Strong analytical skills required
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems; Hyperion & SAP knowledge a plus
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proactive individual looking to continuously take on additional responsibility
